CHASE RSP 5.0 frame black/teal

Chase BMX started with the RSP 1.0 frame that Connor Fields won victories with from day one. Every time Chase has updated the RSP frame, Chase has taken all the feedback from Connor, then Joris and the other Pro riders on the team to make RSP 5.0 the culmination of all upgrades at the moment be the best aluminum frame to date.

Chase RSP 5.0 frames (from Expert XL) feature a tapered head tube, seat post tube still featuring the Aero profile, closed dropouts, Press Fit bottom bracket, ultra-lightweight triple and double butted 7005 T6 Premium aluminum hydroformed tubing, Muscle forming seatstays which are stiffer and return energy to pedalling, and now a new internal cable routing from the head tube through the down tube and the bottom bracket, and exiting on the seatstay. For Mini - Expert sizes, the cable routing exits at the bottom of the down tube and features a straight 1-1/8" head tube and Euro bottom bracket.

All Chase RSP 5.0 frame sizes are designed for disc brake use only and require a separately sold Elevn Disc Brake Adapter which has been designed to work properly with these frames, but other brands may work. The dropouts have been revised to provide better clearance for a wide range of disc brake calipers, improving overall braking performance, and now compatible with post mount and flat mount disc brake systems.

The Chase RSP 5.0 frame now comes in an OS20 frame size option with a geometry designed for riders looking to use OS20 size wheels, forks and tires. The OS20 uses the oversized rims, tires and forks to give taller riders a more comfortable ride.
